A Patton, Missouri, man suffered serious injuries during a crash Tuesday in Perry County.
Jason Coleman, 36, was driving a 2007 Chrysler Sebring north on Highway 51 in Perry County when the vehicle ran off the left side of the road and struck a fence, a Missouri State Highway Patrol crash report said.

Coleman was wearing his seat belt at the time of the accident. He was taken by air evac to Barnes-Jewish hospital in St. Louis, the report said.
