PASTA HOUSE COMPANY OPENS NEW RESTAURANT AT PADUCAH

PADUCAH, Ky. The Pasta House Company has opened a new restaurant operation at Kentucky Oaks Mall here.

The restaurant will seat about 190 people, and is located at the southwest end of the mall near the Sears store.

The Pasta House Company, which was formed in 1974 at St. Louis, is a full-service Italian restaurant, offering Italian cuisine.

The Pasta House Company, which imports 135 tons of dry pasta each year and uses about 60 tons of freshly grated parmigiana cheese for its pasta and salads, also has restaurant operations at University Mall in Carbondale, Ill., and West Park Mall in Cape Girardeau.

The restaurant at Kentucky Oaks Mall has two entrances, from the mall, and from the outside parking lot.
