PARKS DEPARTMENT SETS ART FESTIVAL
The Cape Girardeau Parks and Recreation Department is accepting applications for dealer booths for its third annual Arts and Craft Festival. The festival will be held Mothers Day weekend, May 8-9, at Capaha Park. The event is free to the public and will run from 9 a.m. to 7 p.m. May 8 and 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. May 9, and concessions will be available both days of the event...
