PARENTS WITHOUT PARTNERS HONORS STUDENT FROM ESSEX

Krista Frazier of Essex has been named Youth of the Year for 1994 by the Gateway Regional Council of Parents Without Partners.

Her mother, Dottie Frazier, is a member of the Cape SEMO Chapter of Parents Without Partners.

The award honors the recipient as the most successful in adjusting to life in a single parent family. The region includes St. Louis, Southeast Missouri and parts of Illinois.

Frazier, 16, is a junior on the honor roll at Richland High School. She is a member of the National Beta Club and the Quiz Bowl team.
