Judge Terry Lynn Brown set the case for trial after denying a Jan. 7 motion to suppress evidence police seized from the Cheathams' residence.

Stephen C. Wilson, attorney for the Cheathams, argued at a motion hearing on Jan. 9 to suppress evidence seized from two computers found at the residence. Wilson argued that the search warrants used to secure the computer data contained insufficient evidence.

The trial date will be set Jan. 30.
