The shooting occurred around 1:20 a.m. Thursday near the intersection of 41st St. and Tracy Ave. Police say 22-year-old Theary Bennett, of Kansas City, Mo., was pronounced dead at the scene and three others were taken to local hospitals, where they're listed in serious but stable condition.

Police are looking for a small dark-colored 4-door vehicle reportedly seen leaving the area immediately after the shooting.
