OVER 100 ATTEND MCCLURE SCHOOL HOMECOMING

MCCLURE, Ill. -- The 16th annual McClure homecoming was held Aug. 1. A light breakfast was served in the cafeteria of McClure School, with more than 100 current and former residents attending.

That evening, most of the group met for dinner at the Purple Crackle. Roses were presented to members of the 1942 and '52 high school classes.

During the business session, new officers were elected. They are: Herb Nance, president; Arthur Jacobs, vice president; Jo Ann Tolar, secretary, and Don Burchyett, treasurer.
