Cape Girardeau residents will have an opportunity to voice their opinions Tuesday on a 20-year master plan for the Cape Girardeau Regional Airport.
A public information open house has been scheduled for 4 to 6 p.m. at the Osage Community Centre.
Airport personnel and consultants from a firm hired by the city to assist with the plans will be at the Osage Centre to answer questions.
The plan includes several major improvements, based on Federal Aviation Administration estimates that the airport's use will almost double in 20 years.
Among the improvements are an addition to the terminal to handle a second airline. The plans also call for extensions of both runways, additional hangars and additional taxiways.
