Onetime pastor must register as sex offender

JONESBORO, Ill. -- Bill Vandergraph, a former pastor accused of sexually abusing a minor, will have to register as a sex offender and submit a DNA sample, Union County State's Attorney Tyler Edmonds said Tuesday.

The development comes after a status hearing on Vandergraph's case.
