Joshua L. Grogan, 31, of Cape Girardeau, suffered moderate injuries in a one-car accident early Thursday morning in Scott County. According to the Missouri State Highway Patrol, Grogan's 2004 Nissan was traveling eastbound on Nash Road when it ran off the road, struck a guardrail and vaulted onto a railroad track. A 40-foot section of guardrail was damaged on Route AB and the Missouri Department of Transportation was dispatched to the scene...

Joshua L. Grogan, 31, of Cape Girardeau, suffered moderate injuries in a one-car accident at 3:45 a.m. Thursday morning in Scott County. According to the Missouri State Highway Patrol, Grogan's 2004 Nissan was traveling eastbound on Nash Road when it ran off the road, struck a guardrail and vaulted onto a railroad track. A 40-foot section of guardrail was damaged on Route AB and the Missouri Department of Transportation was dispatched to the scene.

Grogan was taken by ambulance to Saint Francis Medical Center. He was wearing a seatbelt.
