The Southeast Missourian asked people about their interest in the NCAA basketball tournament.
Jerry Dement: "I've been watching some on TV, but the games do not take priority at our house. I've picked Kentucky, UCLA, North Carolina and U Mass. to get to the Final Four."
Felisha Session: "I especially like to watch the women's games, but I like to watch the men's games too. I watch a half-hour about every other night. I'll get more interested as it progresses toward the end."
Shelley Cossiboom: "I am interested enough to miss everything else to watch the games. You want to see just how good they are as they go along. I'm more of a football fan, but basketball is OK."
Howard Aslinger: "I've been watching some of the games, but I'm not a fanatic about it. I think UCLA and Kentucky look pretty good. It gets more interesting, and the games get better, as they go along."
Shane Glover: "I haven't followed it day by day, but now that Missouri is out of it, I'm going to throw my support behind Kentucky. I get more interested in it as it goes along, and I'll follow it all the way."
