The Southeast Missourian asked fourth-graders at West Lane Elementary School about their experience with "low technology" vinyl record albums.
Amber Terry: "I have a record player, but we haven't used it for about four years. I have about 10 records, including a Mickey Mouse record."
Erin Sitz: "My grandma has a record player. She has the `Littlest Angel' record, and she plays it sometimes when I'm there. She has old records too, like the Beatles."
Dustin Hengst: "I listen to records when I visit my grandma. She listens to it a lot. I like `Mary Poppins' and `101 Dalmations.'"
Ryan Dixon: "I have one. I listened to a Disney classic record with stuff like `Peter Pan' on it about a year ago."
Josh Conklin: "We have a big one and a toy record player. We played some records last summer like `Twinkle, Twinkle, Little Star.'"
