ON THE STREET

The Southeast Missourian asked people how they enjoy Jackson City Park.

Scott Ford: "It's fun to ride my bicycle at the park. I would like to see BMX bike ramps put in at the park. I also go swimming at the pool."

Andrea Viox: "I like to go Rollerblading in the park. I usually skate around the lake and also at Safety City."

Justin Farrar: "I like to ride around the park on my bike. I look for friends and hang out. When it's hot I go wading in the creek."

Cody Monahan: "I like riding my bike on the track around the lake. I also go to the swimming pool."

Shannon Toole: "I ride my bike around the lake and at Safety City. Sometimes my friends and I play `cops and robbers' there. If we run a stop sign, we get caught and go to jail."
