OLIVER NORTH TO SPEAK TONIGHT

Oliver North will speak at 7 tonight at the Show Me Center. Tickets are $5 for general admission and $10 for reserved seats.

North, a highly decorated Vietnam veteran, was a key figure in the Iran Contra affair. He lost a bitterly contested U.S. Senate race in Virginia last November.

North graduated from the U.S. Naval Academy in 1968, and served as an infantry platoon commander in Vietnam. He received a number of military decorations, including two Purple Hearts.
