WAPPAPELLO -- Old Greenville Days will be celebrated this weekend at the Greenville Recreation Area, sponsored by the Wayne County Historical Society.

Included in the festival will be working crafts, civil-war re-enactments and bluegrass music. The festival is also sponsored by the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers at Wappapello Lake.

Old Greenville Days will last from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. Saturday and Sunday. Spectators are encouraged to bring lawn chairs and blankets. Admission is free.

The Greenville Recreation Area is located about two miles south of Greenville along Highway 67.
