Two Notre Dame High School students and choruses came away with top scores in the Missouri state choral contest at the University of Missouri in Columbia.
The girls' sextet, the men's quartet, soloists Sally Iten and Matthew Strohmeyer all scored I's for their performances; I is the highest score given by judges.
Also, soloists Amy Higgins, Kelli Hobbs and Ann Ostendorf all received II's.
Members of the girls' sextet are Kelli Hobbs, Cathy Klueppel, Lucy Knaup, Ann Ostendorf and Sara Wencewicz. Member of the men's quartet are Adam Cox, Richard Fehr, Thomas Janses and Matthew Strohmeyer.
The Notre Dame choral program is directed by Dina Strickert.
