A trial date was not set Monday in the case against a Cape Girardeau County teenager charged with statutory sodomy.
Benjamin B. Harrison II, 17, will appear before Circuit Court Judge William L. Syler again April 18.
Cape Girardeau County assistant prosecuting attorney Jack Koester said there may need to be some depositions taken before Harrison's next hearing.
Harrison is accused of forcing a 7-year-old boy to have oral sex. He is still in custody at the Cape Girardeau County Jail on a $50,000 bond.
