JEFFERSON CITY, Mo. (AP) -- To help Missouri consumers keep track of the latest recalls, Attorney General Jay Nixon on Friday launched a new Web site to serve as a clearinghouse.

The page brings together detailed information on recalls from the Food and Drug Administration, the Consumer Product Safety Commission, the National Highway Safety Administration, the U.S. Department of Agriculture, the U.S. Envirnmental Protection Agency and the U.S. Coast Guard.

Nixon said that with recalls spanning from toys to pet food, consumers can now have one stop to track down health and safety information.
