Joel Southwick and Ziva, a 1-year-old pit bull, enjoy a warm, springlike stroll Monday at Riverfront Park in Cape Girardeau. As temperatures reached into the 60s, the river stage rose Monday to 23.72 feet. Flood stage is 32 feet.
