A Junior Get Youth Moving camp will be held Tuesday and Thursday, June 15 through July 22, at St. Francis Universal Health and Fitness Center.

It is a camp focusing on proper eating habits and healthy activity levels for children. It is designed to introduce children to a healthy lifestyle that they can carry into adulthood.

The six-week camp will feature circuit training by a health promotion specialist and nutrition by registered dietitians.

The camp is for youth who will be in grades 3-8 in the 1999 fall school year.

Grades 6-8 will meet 5:30-6:15 p.m. and grades 3-5 will meet 6:30-7:15 p.m.

It kicks off with the parents in attendance for a brief presentation on nutrition. The parents will be in attendance at the last session, as well to follow their child's progress.
