Eric K. Fledderman

Marine Pvt. Eric K. Fledderman, the son of Carl R. and Madonna Fledderman of Jackson, recently completed the Marines' personnel clerk course.

During the course at the Marine Corps Service Support School at Camp Lejeune, N.C., students received instructions on the preparation and maintenance of officer and enlisted service records.

The preparation of all personnel documents, including identification cards, promotion certificates, individual evaluation reports and leave authorizations were also studied.

Fledderman is a 1992 graduate of Jackson High School and joined the Marines in October 1994.

Sarah J. Titsworth

Sarah J. Titsworth has been promoted to the rank of staff sergeant in the U.S. Air Force.

Titsworth is a communications and computer systems operator assigned to RAF Uxbridge in the United Kingdom.

She is the daughter of Harold B. and Helen E. Beussink of rural Marble Hill.

The sergeant is a 1987 graduate of Leopold High School.
