NEW HOME SITES OPENING AT BENT CREEK

JACKSON -- Seventeen new deluxe home sites on and around the Bent Creek Golf Course and its new, 10-acre lake have been opened.

Bent Creek Developers of Jackson have sold the last of their condominiums, marking the end of the $3.2 million project, said Mike Litzelfelner of Bent Creek.

The 24 condominiums are situated between holes No. 10 and 18 on the Bent Creek Golf Course.

"Attention at the Bent Creek development will now be focused on both the new subdivision and improvements to the golf course," said Litzelfelner. "We're looking forward to an active summer with construction of new homes and improvements to the golf course."

Plans for 1996 include further expansion of the subdivision, with access to as many as 40 home sites.

The Bent Creek Golf Course has been recognized by Golf Digest magazine as one of the top five courses in Missouri.
