Shelly Haupt of Cape Girardeau has joined Shear Class Hair Design Group, 2033 Independence.

Haupt is a graduate of Stage One The Hair School of Cape Girardeau. She has more than a year of experience as a hair stylist and specializes in nail care.

Stephanie Adkisson of Jackson has joined The Body Shoppe as manager.

Marsha Edwards, one of the owners of the store, announced the appointment of Adkisson, who previously worked at Holiday Inn.

The Body Shoppe, a women's clothing store, opened at West Park Mall in July 1988.

David Donahue has joined KBSI Fox 23 television station as creative services manager.

Donahue, a graduate of Washington and Lee University, has experience working in television promotions in Richmond, Va. Donahue, his wife and daughter will live in Cape Girardeau.

Brian Derton, Vickie May, and Susan Manthey Phillips have joined Hair Biz, 312 Independence.

Derton, a native of Marble Hill, is a graduate of Stage One The Hair School, and has two years of experience as a hair stylist. He lives in Cape Girardeau.

May, of Cape Girardeau, is a graduate of Stage One and has four years of experience as a hair stylist. She previously worked with Hair Performers and Famous Barr salon.

Phillips has nine years of experience in the beauty field, and previously worked as manager at the Famous Barr salon. Phillips and her husband, Roy Phillips, live in Cape Girardeau.

Marc J. Healey recently joined the law firm of Lowes and Drusch, 2913 Independence.

Healey, who has a degree in finance from the University of Missouri-Columbia, received his law degree in May 1991, from the University of Missouri.

Healey took the bar examination in July, and started working at Lowes and Drush in August. He was sworn in by the Missouri Supreme Court on Oct. 4.

The firm of Lowes and Drush engages in general, civil, criminal, trial and appellate litigation. The firm does probate and estate planning and provides legal advice concerning the insurance, municipal and general-business fields of law.

Richard W. Bradshaw has joined Prudential Insurance Company of America, 1021 Kingsway, Suite 2, announced Gary E. Johnson of Prudential.

Bradshaw, a native of the Crystal City area, moved to the Jackson area recently from Harrisburg, Pa. He has been involved in insurance sales the past seven years. He will be working in the Cape Girardeau and Jackson areas.

Bradshaw and his wife, Pat, live in Jackson. They are parents of two sons, Robert and Jason.
