Crystal Davidson has joined Commercial Real Estate Specialists Inc. of Cape Girardeau.

Davidson, formerly of West Plains, recently acquired her real estate license for Missouri.

Davidson's family owns and operates the newly-opened Sonic Drive-In at Jackson.

Dave Jackson has joined Van Matre Buick in Cape Girardeau as salesman.

Jackson previously worked at Van Matre Buick, Auffenberg Nissan Jeep-Eagle, and most recently McDowell Ford-Pontiac-Buick at Perryville.

Jackson, his wife, Kathy, son, Matt, and daughter, Leah, reside in Cape Girardeau.

Ben Belvin has joined Johnson Communications Service, 1213 N. Kingshighway, as sales manager in charge of all sales operations.

Belvin has more than 11 years experience in design and implementation of communications systems. He was with Motorola Communications and Electronics, serving as radio communications representative and account manager since 1981.

Belvin relocated here from Columbia. Belvin, his wife, Linda, son, Brandon, and a foreign exchange student living with the family, Anders Raski, reside in Cape Girardeau.

Johnson Communications has served Southeast Missouri and Southern Illinois for more than 30 years. It is the only authorized Motorola sales and service center in the area.

Martha J. Brown has joined Century 21 Key Realty in Cape Girardeau as a sales associate.

Brown was recently licensed in Missouri.

She received a bachelor of arts degree from Elmhurst (Ill.) College with a double major in urban studies and geography. She has a master's degree in city and regional planning from Ohio State University.

She has worked for local and regional governments in planning and zoning and was involved in real estate development in Virginia and Maryland.

Brown, formerly of Southern Illinois, recently returned to the area.
