Johnson Communications Service Inc. has been named as dealer to handle Motorola 2-Way Radio products.

The local firm, located at 1213 N. Kingshighway, will offer a full line of Motorola 2-Way radio products, including trunked radios, conventional mobile and portable units, and on-site paging equipment.

Motorola is based in Schaumburg, Ill.

"We're pleased that Motorola has asked us to handle their products in this area," said Reg Swan, of Johnson Communications. "This appointment completes our offering of communications products and services."

In addition to Motorola products, the firm offers cellular phones as an authorized Cybertel agent, pagers, and answering service.
