Conditions are conducive for the rapid spread of uncontrolled wild fires.

The warning is in effect from 10 a.m. to 8 p.m. today.

People are asked not to conduct outdoor burning during red-flag conditions. People should check with local fire departments regarding burn bans that may be in place.
