NAMED TO BOARD

JACKSON -- Gene Penzel has been appointed to the board of Directors of First Exchange Corporation.

Leo A. Kohlfeld, chairman of the board, announced Penzel's appointment recently.

Penzel owns and operates Penzel Construction Co., and has served on the board of Jackson Exchange Bank & Trust Co. since 1983.
