Dr. Kevin Hampton, chairman of the Southeast Missouri State University Music Department, and his colleague Dr. Jackie Edwards Henry of Mississippi State University, will perform piano four-hands selections from J.C. Bach, Alfredo Casella and George Gershwin.

The concert is the only fundraiser for the Music Academy, which has provided music lessons to people of all ages in the community since 1985. The concert helps the academy offer scholarships and tuition waivers for financially disadvantaged students.

A reception follows the concert at the Arts Council of Southeast Missouri, 32 N. Main St., with a wine tasting and light hors d'oeuvres. Jazz music will be provided by the Jerry Ford Combo. A ticket is required for the reception.
