FARMINGTON, Mo. -- A trial will begin July 6 for one of four men accused of killing an eastern Missouri couple.

The Daily Journal newspaper in Park Hills, Missouri, reported that Maxwell Navarro is charged with two counts of second-degree murder, plus first-degree burglary and stealing a firearm.

Trial dates for the other three men have not been set. The other suspects include 19-year-old Dallas Tyler Halter, the son of the victims. He is charged with first-degree murder. Authorities say Dallas Halter shot his parents and set fire to the family home as part of a robbery.
