MS SUPPORT GROUP TO DISCUSS SELF-MASSAGE AND BREATHING AWARENESS

CARBONDALE, Ill. -- Bill Connell, licensed massage therapist, will discuss self-massage and breathing awareness at the Thursday meeting of the Multiple Sclerosis Support Group. The meeting begins at 7 p.m. at Memorial Hospital in Carbondale

Connell will discuss stress management, focusing on the face and head to reduce tension patterns and headache pain.
