BENTON, Mo. -- A Morley, Mo., man is in custody on drug charges, according to Scott County Sheriff Rick Walter.
Robert L. Mosbey, 37, has been charged with distribution of a controlled substance near a public school, attempting to distribute a controlled substance and endangering the welfare of a child.
Mosbey was arrested late Monday afternoon in Benton after he sold prescription narcotics to an undercover deputy, the sheriff said in a release. He is being held on a $50,000 cash-only bond at the Scott County Jail.
