BENTON, Mo. -- A 41-year-old Morley, Missouri, man was arrested Friday and charged with sex-related crimes with a child.
Terrial Tyler of Morley was charged with second-degree statutory sodomy and enticement of a child after being accused of inappropriately touching a 14-year-old girl in late May, reported Scott County Sheriff's Capt. Jerry Bledsoe.
Bledsoe reported the victim was spending the night with a friend. "Tyler offered to give the victim a ride from the ballpark," Bledsoe wrote in the report. "During the ride to the residence where the victim was spending the night, it's alleged that Tyler inappropriately touched the victim. After the alleged incident, Tyler told the victim that he wouldn't tell anybody if she didn't."
Tyler remains in the Scott County Jail on $50,000 bond.
