Planned Parenthood of Kansas and Mid-Missouri said Friday that it will file a federal lawsuit Monday seeking an injunction against the law, which would place more abortion clinics under government oversight by classifying them as ambulatory surgical centers.

Planned Parenthood has claimed the change could force it to spend up to $2 million to remodel its Columbia clinic, or else it will have to stop offering abortions there.
