COLUMBIA, Mo. -- The University of Missouri volleyball team made short work of Southeast Missouri State University on Tuesday night.
The Tigers improved their record to 6-3 by cruising to a 30-21, 30-7, 30-20 victory.
The Otahkians fell to 1-9.
Jill Miller was the lone Southeast player to reach double figures in kills with 10. Lauren Scannell led in digs with 10, while setter Jamie Baumstark recorded 25 assists.
Missouri's balanced attack was paced by Jessica Vander Kooi, Shen Danru and Lisa Boyd with 11 kills apiece. Na Yang added 10 kills.
Southeast begins Ohio Valley Conference play Friday night with a match at Austin Peay. The Otahkians remain on the road Saturday afternoon to face OVC foe Tennessee Tech.
