JONESBORO, Ill. -- A Marble Hill, Mo., man has been sentenced to three years in the Illinois Department of Corrections. Brian A. Taylor, 38, was sentenced to three years for one count of solicitation, a Class 3 felony, according to a news release issued by Union County state's attorney office, Taylor was arrested in May 2012 after a probe by the Union County Sheriff's Department showed he had presuaded a developmentally disabled man to purchase pseudoephedrine pills from an Anna, Ill., retailer. Taylor intended to use them to manufacture of methamphetamine, the release stated.
