Garrett Gnade sets off down the Mississippi River from Cape Girardeau on Friday for the next leg of his stand up paddleboard journey. Gnade started his trip at Lake Itasca in Minnesota and will end in Key West, Fla. Gnade says he is attempting to break several Guinness World Records for longest freshwater trip on a paddleboard, longest saltwater trip on a paddleboard and longest overall trip on a paddleboard.
