MINI-CHORUS CLASS SET BY THE SWEET ADELINES

Women who want to learn to sing four-part harmony are invited by the Girardot Rose Chapter of Sweet Adelines, International, to take part in this area's first Mini-Chorus Class.

Six free vocal lessons will be offered to participants.

These sessions will begin Oct. 19 at 7 p.m. at Westminster Presbyterian Church, located at Cape Rock Drive and Perryville Road. The weekly lessons will conclude Nov. 23.

Pat McClain, chorus director, will be the instructor. McClain has 20 years experience singing and directing barbershop with Sweet Adelines choruses and quartets. A former member of St. Louis Harmony Chorus, she resides in Oakville.
