CAPE GIRARDEAU -- The Regional Commerce And Growth Association (RCGA) will conduct a membership drive throughout the area March 13-14.
"We have identified some local prospects and hope that interested business leaders will contact us about membership," said Jim Riley, membership drive chairman.

The RCGA is an association of regional business and industry leaders who promote economic growth in the Southeast Missouri area.
The group, which was founded in 1988, initiated the nationwide Interstate 66 movement.
