"Because of the nature of my job," says Meg Davis, "I am faced with constant challenges everyday: Meeting sales goals, committing to improving our sales force as a team, and working towards the betterment of the company and community."

These challenges only serve to motivate Davis in her work at Mississippi River Radio. Creating and building relationships with both clients and her staff is another essential part of the job that she enjoys.

To Davis and her team, working and improving together helps the customers they serve to improve as well.
