POPLAR BLUFF, Mo. -- Together Saint Francis Health Development services and the Poplar Bluff Medical Partners are constructing a four-story, 94,000-square foot building that should be completed by the spring of 2007. Construction of the new medical office building in the Poplar Bluff Medical Park began Aug. 18
Seventy percent of the building has already been committed to physician offices, according to a news release. The remaining 30 percent will be leased once the building is complete.
"We are excited about the opportunity to continue partnering with Poplar Bluff physicians to bring state of the art facilities and services to the area," said Steven Bjelich, Saint Francis Medical Center CEO and president, in a statement.
According to the news release, future plans for the medical park include a 50-bed acute care hospital.
