No two days of work for Mark Frazier are entirely alike.

"You can walk in with an agenda," he says, "and by 9 a.m. it's completely out the window."

The multiplicity of activities at West Park Mall may be a challenge, but it is one that Frazier enjoys. Having co-workers that are "a blast to work with" also helps.

For Frazier, motivation often comes in seeing the success of retailers that he has helped. "I work with local entrepreneurs and it's exciting to see their business begin small, grow, and flourish," he says.
