Marble Hill woman collects $65,000 lottery prize

MARBLE HILL, Mo. -- A Marble Hill woman recently collected $65,002 when her numbers were selected in the Show Me Cash drawing.

Julia Burke, 53, purchased the winning ticket at Route K One Stop in Cape Girardeau. She checked her numbers online at 1:30 a.m. but couldn't confirm her winning numbers until the store opened at 6 a.m.

She has not made plans on how to spend her winnings but does plan to continue playing the lottery.
