MARBLE HILL, Mo. - A 16-year-old Marble Hill female was left in serious condition after her 2002 Chevrolet overturned Tuesday morning.
The Missouri State Highway Patrol said the Chevrolet was traveling northbound on Highway 51 around 8 a.m. when the vehicle ran off the right side of the roadway. It then struck numerous trees and overturned.
The teen was taken by ambulance to Saint Francis Medical Center in Cape Girardeau.
