Man stabbed in alleged robbery attempt outside Sikeston bar

SIKESTON, Mo. -- A Sikeston man was stabbed during an alleged robbery attempt outside of a bar Friday.

According to the Sikeston Department of Public Safety, a man called police at about 11:52 p.m. Friday and reported stabbing a man after three men attempted to rob him outside of Cronies Sports Bar and Grill at 1637 E. Malone Ave.

Arrested at Missouri Delta Medical Center and formally charged with robbery by the Scott County Prosecuting Attorney was Eric Graham, 30, of Sikeston.

Michael Tinsley, 27, of Sikeston was arrested at the scene and has also been charged by the prosecutor with robbery. As of Monday morning, Tinsley was still in the Scott County Jail with a $25,000 cash or surety bond.

A second Sikeston man was also arrested at the scene but as of Monday morning not yet formally charged.
