SIKESTON, Mo. -- Authorities are searching for a 29-year-old Sikeston, Mo. man who allegedly robbed Food Giant Grocery on Monday in Sikeston.
The Sikeston Department of Public Safety is searching for Drew A. Dollar, who they say carried a gun into Food Giant and demanded money from a clerk working the store's service counter. He's wanted for first-degree robbery and armed criminal action.
Already arrested in connection with the crime is 28-year-old Lee B. Presson, who authorities believe was the getaway driver at the scene. Officers found the vehicle spotted leaving the scene less than an hour after the robbery at Presson's home.
Presson is charged with first-degree robbery, armed criminal action and possession of a controlled substance. Presson is being held in the Scott County Jail on a $50,000 bond.
