SACRAMENTO, Calif. -- A man was sentenced to more than 28 years in prison for a 2013 assault prosecutors say stemmed from anger over a botched drink. Jovan Felix, 36, was sentenced Friday for the near-fatal stabbing of a doorman outside the Level Up nightclub. Prosecutors say Felix was angry about a bad drink and poor service when he returned to the club about 2 a.m. with a friend and assaulted three people.
