The vehicle then veered to the right at the Kingshighway intersection, jumped the curb and ran off the road northwest of the intersection. As the vehicle began rolling, it collided with a dumpster in Legion Park.

Upon the officers' arrival, they found the driver, Jason Allen Holt, 37, ejected from the vehicle and seriously injured. Holt was transported to Missouri Delta Medical Center, where he was later pronounced dead.

According to the release, Holt's family said he had a history of seizures he controlled with medication. Although not certain as of press time, officers said they believe there is a high likelihood of a seizure contributing to the accident.
