An 18-year-old Egypt Mills man received moderate injuries when his truck ran off the road Monday afternoon near the Trail of Tears State Park.
Jon Friedrich was transported to St. Francis Medical Center, where he was listed Monday evening in good condition.

Friedrich was traveling on Route 177 at about 12:30 p.m., when he ran off the road into a creek bed, said the Missouri Highway Patrol.
Friedrich, who was not wearing a seat belt, was ejected from the vehicle.
