MAN INJURED IN AREA ACCIDENT
ANNA, Ill. -- A Jonesboro man sustained major injuries in an accident early Monday. Michael R. Haynes, 47, of Jonesboro was eastbound on Wing Hill Road, 1.7 miles east of Highway 51 in rural Anna, at about 2:45 a.m. when his pickup truck ran off the right side of the road into a ditch, according to the Illinois State Police...

Michael R. Haynes, 47, of Jonesboro was eastbound on Wing Hill Road, 1.7 miles east of Highway 51 in rural Anna, at about 2:45 a.m. when his pickup truck ran off the right side of the road into a ditch, according to the Illinois State Police.
Haynes was taken to Carbondale Memorial Hospital. His truck sustained major damage.
