TOPSHAM, Maine -- Police said a man crashed his SUV into a guardrail, then inhaled computer keyboard cleaner in front of the officer who pulled him over. Topsham Sgt. Robert Ramsay said John Yates, 44, was arrested Monday on Interstate 295. Ramsay said Yates pulled into a breakdown lane, then pulled out, almost hitting a tractor-trailer.
